Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders of $175 or more. 

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We currently ship within Canada and offer both standard and express options at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather disruptions, or customs. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@102lake.ca so we can make it right.

In-store pickup is available for local customers. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our Kelowna location.
