Refund policy

Apparel may be returned for store credit (for future apparel purchases) within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period. Items must be in resellable condition, free from makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any other stains. Returns can be made in-store or by mail (at customers expense). Store credit issued can be used both in-store and online, with no expiration date. All sale items are a final sale. 

Jewelry, accessories, make-up, skin care and lifestyle items are a final sale.  Additionally, all charm bar jewelry creations are a final sale. If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us directly at hello@102lake.ca.
